Medici Apartment Homes

Myers & Eby management were putting all of their advertising budget in traditional printed ads and seeing few results. They approached rusted code with a desire to get a website up quickly for their new upscale apartment homes in Sacramento, California. By utilizing Drupal, we were able to quickly create a professional looking site that both facilitated attracting new residents and retaining existing ones. The rental application was transformed from a printed document into an online form that could be completed and paid for with Paypal. To make the site useful to existing residents a community calendar, service request form, and rental payment form were all integrated into the site.

Once the site was built rusted code launched a marketing campaign using Google AdWords to help drive traffic to the website. Within a couple of weeks applications were coming in through the website and vacant apartment homes were being filled.
