H.JLYNN Collection

Nuts & Bolts: , ,

H.JLYNN needed a website that communicated the same elegance and sophistication as their jewelry. But as a small company, they also wanted a website that would allow them to keep it up to date themselves and which wouldn't have any costly ongoing fees. After our designer, Andreina, had created a design that matched their vision we then implemented that design as a Drupal website. Drupal not only allowed the site to be secure and robust, but also easy to maintain. The next step was installing Ubercart, a shopping cart application that runs on top of Drupal.

Nancy Rust Calligraphy

Nuts & Bolts: , , , ,

Nancy Rust Calligraphy had a site that did the job, but not very well. It had been built in Wordpress, a blogging engine, and the design was starting to show its age. It was hard to update and harder still to add new features or functionality. Rusted code worked togeter to create a new design that was fresh, hip, and easy to navigate. We then implemented the design and fleshed out the functionality using Drupal as the new engine underneath the site. A portfolio browser was created that made it easy to highlight new projects to the lineup of work.

Medici Apartment Homes

Nuts & Bolts: , ,

Myers & Eby management were putting all of their advertising budget in traditional printed ads and seeing few results. They approached code with a desire to get a website up quickly for their new upscale apartment homes in Sacramento, California. By utilizing Drupal, we were able to quickly create a professional looking site that both facilitated attracting new residents and retaining existing ones. The rental application was transformed from a printed document into an online form that could be completed and paid for with Paypal.

U.S. Horse Trainer

Nuts & Bolts: , , , ,

The team of people at First Horse Publication came up with the idea of providing a site that would provide resources for trainers as well as help potential clients find horse trainers in their area. They partnered with code to translate their idea into a viable website that would be interactive, useful, and profitable. At the heart of the site is the horse trainer directory. Horse trainers are able to purchase an annual listing which includes their picture, contact information, and specialties.

Bardwell Consulting

Thus far, code has produced two versions of the Bardwell Consulting site, revamping it each time to match the image of the business and the need for administrators of the site to be able to update the site themselves. The latest website saw a number of significant improvements:

Wedgwood Center for Natural Medicine

The owners of Wedgwood Center for Natural Medicine came to code with a need for a simple business website that would give them a solid online presence as well as providing tools for keeping clients connected with the center. To accomplish these goals code created a design that resonated with their logo, went onsite to photograph the center and its practitioners, and built the site on top of Drupal.
